Kurt Davis Jr. is an investment banker and philanthropist with over a decade of experience. He advises companies, their directors and officers as well as creditors across the globe on a range of transactions, including debt and equity financings, financial restructurings, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Currently with Houlihan Lokey, Kurt has worked at various investment banks and private equity firms across the globe. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Kurt graduated with a BA in Political & Social Thought Interdisciplinary (Distinguished Major) and a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Motivated by the desire to create economic opportunity and financial inclusion, Kurt joined the Oikocredit US board to support its impact investing and capacity building activities across the globe.
